Where do you get your paper? I can’t find a light peachy colour or black printer paper anywhere.

I had a really hard time too looking for these colors
It wasn’t about 4 months ago til I found these colors
The light peachy color you can get at Walmart (in the computer paper section, look for the packet that states paper, not card stock) and Michael’s (it’s this huge stack of multi-colored paper, near their card stock section)

I just used varnish. I started to do that because many of my older models fall apart 🙁

What kind of varnish are you using? I’ve thinking about using some on my models.

hmm the half piece you mean? it’s like a normal piece, only you cut you’r paper in a half, in stead of folding it the first time.
if you use this tutorial http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/tutorials/?qh=§ion=&q=origami#/d25whcy , you don’t fold step 2, you cut it that way, farther is everything the same 😉

Do u ever see a Viet Nam bamboo dragonfly? it's looked so simple but the way it balance and sway with the wind on your finger will make u surprise and smile. This is my 3do dragonfly 🙂 It was based on bamboo dragonfly, of course It also can balance and sway with the wind on my finger 🙂-
Even we call it Damselfly but… Good job Nga, and about the LOB it is really amazing! looks like it seize on your finger while flying!!

it just wont curve. im 14 rows in and nothing. any idea why?

are you using two sized pieces in each row. the rows us 9 -2.5x5cm and 9 – 3x6cm. as you progress it should curve in the direction of the smaller size. If not, try 9 – 2x4cm and 9- 3x6cm. that should curve it a little sharper. be patient it will curve.

i was using 9 by 4.5 and 7.5 by 3.75. same ration as the ones you were using but if size is the thing maybe it will take me longer since my pieces are much larger
