What weight of paper do you use and what type? I’ve tried 20 and 24 lb printer paper and the pieces won’t stay together, especially when doing a round base – they keep popping apart.

I use A4 paper or just plain colored copy paper.

I use 20 and 24 Ib paper, they are the easiest to work with because of their thickness. For the longevity of my pieces of have recenlty began buying archival quality paper so they will not fade over time. I use a standard 8 1/2 X 11 sheet. Are there any patterns available out there for the elaborate pieces? I’ve seen the pattersn for the dragon boat and some of the small basic shapes, but are there any for the more recognizable shapes?
