I have questions on what the best paper type to use for 3d origami? I am using normal construction paper but it seems to be too fat to be used for flower/dish models. I tried to make them a couple of times and it just burst *i dont know how to explain it, but it wont hold because they are too fat T____T* Help?

    • hello kirra! i dont know if i will help you wiith this but here is what im using:
paper (usally normal a4 white or coloured) 80 gr, for printer the size of the little paper is 5,8X4,3cm
if the paper is more thick than 80gr you can try (and this i saw it in this site somewhere..) to cut the paper in the midle and skipthe first step of folding the paper in the middle..
i personally have fold 90gr and100gr paper without cutting it and i had no problem but with thicker paper i did cut it!
      hope i helped..

    • I usually use colored paper 80gr and paper kraft ( black color ). Now I also use gift paper. Other people use magazines. Sorry for my English ^^
