how do you make the pieces so perfectly rounded i alwasy try to do that but it never comes out too good

oh i almost forgot i keep wanting to ask how did you make some of the finished 3d models so sparkly

I use a watered down glue and apply it over the whole piece… the consistancy of the glue should be like syrup then use a paint brush to cover the whole piece.
