Hi Everyone,
Meet Congboogie. He was modeled after a pet chihuahua. His base is made up of 24 pieces and each row has 24 pieces. Plastic eyes and nose are from Joanne Fabrics and Crafts. Ears and legs were glued on. Made up of shiny iridescent paper and then coated with watered down glue. ~Jaxster
