Spotlight! 3DO Artist Network Virag

Virag has been and active member of the 3DO Artist Network for a while now and has one of the biggest albums out of all the members. Since this is one of the biggest albums on 3DOrigamiArt.com I decided that this artist must be in the SpotLight! We appreciate all your dedication to the art. Please keep up the awesome work!

Here’s what Virag has to say:

When I was a kid, my mom brought my first origami book, and I made all of the stuff from the book:) and that was that…and last year -summer- I bounced into Jewellia’s work somehow on YouTube, and I was
like….what is that? I wanted to make these things 2… I never heard of 3d origami before of that, cause it’s not very popular at all in my country

… so I tried some of the smaller projects, my first one was a basket which fell apart

and from there I became obsessed with 3D Origami and that’s my story …now people want 3d origami from me, they even asked me if I ever sell them…so I’m on a good path here:)

I also brought the 3D origami books online…those helped me 2 😉 but my teacher is really Jewellia7777 and in my country, there are very few paper shops… so the paper I’m using for origami is really not the best one …but with patience and practice you can manage with everything and without gluing the parts together ~Virag
