Activity – Lawrence – 3D Origami Art

Today I finished school, so since it has been a long time (1 month) that I have not made 3d origami, I am starting a new project today. My 3d origami Eiffel tower is not going very well… I’m still going to make it, but I am putting it off for latter. Now I will be making a 3d origami bonsai ! It will have lots of pieces because every leaf is composed of 4 pieces and there is approximatively 150 to 200 leaves. Theres also the trunk, the pot, the soil, and the branches to make. All those things will make a total of 2000 to 3500 pieces… So it will take a long time (about all the summer vacations) , but I will post pictures every time I accomplish one thing. I’m starting by the leaves, because I have not drawn my plan yet.

  I have “bonsai” on my list of ideas, heheh. At least someone thought of it as well. Good luck on it.
