Megaman and Mettaur
My very own creations. The blue paper I was using at the moment reminded me of him so I decided to make it instead of the other model I was working on.
Copied from my deviantart account: \”Megaman is made up of about 1250 pieces. It prolly doesn\’t look like it, but it\’s because the helmet is separate from the rest of the body. It can be slipped on and off. I ran out of the dark blue paper so the legs and left arm isn\’t as wide as I would like them to be.
Mettaur (one of the enemies in the game aka the yellow helmet thing) is made up of about 252 pieces. The hat is also a separate piece.\”
Although okay looking, I\’m not satisfied with the result of Megaman and may make an improved version (much, much) later.
My brother likes Megaman (the game) and since it’s his birthday in 8 days I showed him pictures of 3d origami that I could make him, and he said that he would like the Mettaur in this picture the most. I would like to make it, but it’s difficult because I don’t know how many pieces you used to make the base of it’s black head-body thing and how…[Read more]

This helps ALOT ! Thanks !!! I appreciate it. I will start making it once I’m finished my origami koi . I hope I will have enough time to make it before his birthday… Thanks again !
Wow! I like this! They look great! Nice job!
I also like how you glued on the arms and legs so neatly without them expanding at the top. Did you use a glue gun? I can only glue 3D arms and legs if I use a glue gun, if I use Elmer’s washable glue they’ll just expand or drop.
I used plain Elmer’s multipurpose glue to attach the arms for this model. It hasn’t fallen apart yet. =] I used a glue gun for the bear I made for mother’s day.
I made some instructions for it in a response above. =]
lol im a big fan of megaman this is great
i like it nice job, keep up the good work
